The sign numbers are routered onto an 8 x 24-inch piece of clear grain cedar.
The painted numbers have a reflective material added to them for better
nighttime viewing. Our volunteer firefighters and EMTs love these signs
they can make a big difference when someone needs emergency services fast. The
numbers are 6 inches high and the sign is mounted to a 4-foot length of pressure
treated 4 x 4 post. The cost is $40.00, with all income over the cost of
materials going to the Community Center Genral Fund for building maintenance.
During the summer, there are some kids who will be missing out on the nutritious lunches they have been receiving at their schools through the free lunch program. During this time, ShareNet has need of foods to help these families provide tasty lunches for kids, such as tuna, jams and jelly, canned fruit, canned juices or juice packs. If you can help, your donations of either food or cash would be much appreciated!
