Hansville Web Site Use Agreement

This Agreement, entered into between the Hansville Community Center (HCC) and ____________________________________________ (USER), this ________ day of ____________, 200_, shall govern the use management and content of the _______________________________ WEB PAGE.

For the purpose of this agreement, the term SITE shall refer to the website of Hansville.org. The term WEB PAGE shall refer to the individual web page of the USER. TOS shall refer to the Terms of Service posted on the SITE.

Hansville Community Center will post on the SITE one page, free of charge, giving details of the USER’s community or organization. The details will be provided by the USER on the attached form. The format of the WEB PAGE shall be determined by HCC.

The Webmaster will review the information to ensure that it meets the TOS and will post it to the SITE on an individual WEB PAGE. The WEB PAGE will have a link on the appropriate page of the SITE. If there is a question regarding the appropriateness of the information provided, the Webmaster will consult with the HCC Board.

HCC will not be responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied by the USER. It is up to the USER to contact HCC to have the information changed as it becomes outdated.

Should the USER desire to have HCC link to a separate WEB SITE, then HCC will review the WEB SITE to ensure it is appropriate for viewing by the general community and that it meets the general criteria described in the TOS.

Should the USER desire to have more than one page hosted by HCC, the USER shall enter into a WEB SITE HOSTING AGREEMENT and pay a fee as listed on the HCC Site Fee Schedule. In this case, the single free page hosting shall not be available. HCC is not in the web design business, but encourages the USER to find a qualified person to design an appropriate page or pages. As above, any pages must adhere to the TOS.
